Advertising on LoudounWrestling.com comprises sponsorship packages for various web pages on the site. The web page types to be posted currently include:

• Interscholastic wrestling meet - a web page listing results of a meet between a Loudoun County (VA) high school and another school (may be two Loudoun schools); it will show the meet score and feature a list of the results of individual wrestling bouts by weight class, including both varsity and junior varsity if applicable; if LoudounWrestling.com reporters videotaped the meet, each taped bout listed will become a link to an individual wrestling bout web page; see a sample results page (with no sponsorship package or bout links) here: Sample Meet Page.
• Individual wrestling bout - a web page featuring the video of one bout between a Loudoun wrestler and another high school wrestler (may be another Loudoun wrestler). Some individual bout pages may not feature any Loudoun wrestlers, depending on the event; see a sample bout page (with sponsorship package) here: Sample Bout Page.
• Tournaments/other events - events such as wrestling tournaments in which Loudoun County high school wrestling teams participated. These will usually include non-Loudoun schools also. The page will feature the results, and any video-taped individual bouts will contain links to separate pages featuring the video.

A sponsorship package includes, as applicable:

• a video ad up to ten seconds in length, presenting the sponsor's name and business as the sponsor of an interscholastic wrestling meet or an individual wrestling bout; video size is approximately 480 by 272 pixels;
• a link to the sponsor's website;
• a separate image of the sponsor's business card or other business document or logo; image size is approximately 300 by 175 pixels, and expands to 400 by 225 upon mouse-over; the image is also a click-able link to the sponsor's website.

Duration
Once a page is sponsored and paid for, there are no further charges. There are no per-view or click-through charges, or sales charges for sponsorships. Sponsors' ads are guaranteed to remain on the page until approximately the start of the following school term (typically September 1st). They may remain on the page indefinitely depending on LoudounWrestling.com host bandwidth and storage limitations.

RATES

• $150 per sponsorship package on one interscholastic wrestling meet page, relating to two Loudoun County schools, that includes (or will include) links to video-taped individual wrestling bouts.
• $100 per sponsorship package on one interscholastic wrestling meet page, relating to only one Loudoun County school and an opponent from outside the county, that includes (or will include) links to video-taped individual wrestling bouts.
• $25 per interscholastic wrestling meet page sponsorship with no links to video-taped bouts, regardless of county.
• $20 per sponsorship package on an individual varsity wrestling bout page featuring two Loudoun County wrestlers.
• $15 per sponsorship package on an individual varsity wrestling bout page featuring only one Loudoun County wrestler.
• $10 per sponsorship package on an individual varsity wrestling bout page featuring no Loudoun County wrestlers.
• $10 per individual junior varsity wrestling bout page sponsorship package, regardless of county.

FEES (when applicable)

• $5 "sitting fee" for video ad recorded by our reporter; fee waived if more than one sponsorship.
• $50 - one-time fee if a video ad is produced by LoudounWrestling.com via screen-capture from sponsor's website; covers up to five screen captures (video ads) for use on different pages sponsored.

Prices are subject to change, but future changes will not affect existing sponsorships. Sponsoring a web page does not guarantee exclusivity, and other static and or clickable ads may appear on the page. However, other advertising will not dominate or interfere with sponsor advertising, and LoudounWrestling.com will not place direct competitor ads on the same page*.

*Google and other affiliate marketing networks included on our web pages are not controlled by LoudounWrestling.com and may feature links to competitors. These links rotate with each view, and will not appear consistently on any page. They will generally only include short links, similar to those appearing in the sample link above.
